Sixth Sense can also offer cocktail flavour development for show stopping cocktails and unique taste experiences, which will add that extra attention to detail that separates the good events from the unforgettable ones.

We've been lucky to produced branded flavours for many global brands and companies. From sorbet flavours for a beer company to an edible multi coloured Ice Cream for a global MAC makeup campaign.

What’s on the menu? We’re always looking to create new alcohol alchemy and flavour flamboyance. We only use the finest ingredients for our fresh pressed fruit juices. Our gomme syrups hit the sweet spot and only premium and small batch spirits go into making the finest drinks for your fabulous event. After all, a bar is only as good as what it’s serving.

Glass

Beautiful flutes, crazy coupes, wine glasses in all shapes, sizes and suitable for every event. We’ve got specialty shot glasses, 007-worthy Martini glasses, hardworking tumblers and hi-balls. We’ve got more specialist, perfect for the occasion glassware than you shake a cocktail stick at.

When you’ve chosen, we’ll pack it with the utmost care, ready for collection or delivery. When the event’s over and it’s time get it back to us. We’ll collect. You won’t even have to stack the dishwasher

Ice

Adding the right ice goes way beyond the humble cube when making a classic or contemporary cocktail.

True. On the rocks, rocks but how about spherical ice? Enlarged cubes? Shards? Or carefully designed ice crafted to dilute the perfect way for the perfect drink.

We can even do personalised ice. Maybe your drinks could do with a bit of branding? Or maybe it’s the big day and you want your new initials set into your ice cubes or discs. Celebrate in truly cool style. Ice / We’re crushing it.

Staffing

You just can’t get the staff these days. Actually, you can because not only do we provide the bars and drinks, we’ve got the professionals to deliver it.

From brilliant bar backs to majestic mixologists, we guarantee a professionalism that will make each event pop.

We insist our bartenders and mixologists have at least 4 years bartending experience before they can run a bar for us. Super busy event? We’ll send in the troops.
