We offer both options! We can provide a complete curated drinks service where we supply premium spirits, craft beer, artisan wines, syrups, and garnishes, or a ‘dry hire’ service where you provide your own alcohol and we supply the mobile bar structure, professional mixology team, ice, and mixers. Tailored enhancements – such as luxury crystal glassware hire and liquid nitrogen cocktail theatre – can be added to either package.

We staff our bars based on guest count and cocktail complexity to ensure minimal queue times. As a general standard, we assign 1 professional bartender per 40–50 guests for cocktail service, alongside dedicated bar backs to keep fresh glassware and ice replenished throughout the night.

If your venue already holds a premises licence (like many stately homes and wedding barns), no additional licence is needed. If you are hosting a wedding on private land or a marquee without a premises licence and wish to run a cash/card bar, a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) is required. Our team includes Personal Licence Holders and can handle the TEN application directly with your local authority.
